Before I started designing, I worked extensively with people and processes. That taught me to take the time to listen carefully — and identify where the real problem lies before trying to solve it with technology.

Over time, I became increasingly drawn to UX: why one website guides customers smoothly towards their goal while another leaves them lost. Then came technology — WordPress, e-commerce, and later, automation and AI that help organize everyday work.

Today, I value projects where I can bring both worlds together: understanding a business need and turning it into a practical solution that works. I keep learning — because technology changes faster than people’s needs.
